The St. Louis area's newest casino hopes to cash-in on some big profits next week...But the River City Casino is still putting on the final touches before its big opening day...After all the prep work, this is sort of the "final exam" for River City Casino in Lemay.The members of the Missouri state gaming commission are doing their final inspection of the property before they give it a final thumbs up.
