...A surprise resignation in Bowling Green, MO after police pull the town's mayor over for speeding and discover that he had been drinking. He was allowed to drive away with a warning. The now former mayor is speaking openly about that traffic stop for the first time. Bowling Green is a town of about 3200 people; the county seat of Pike County, northwest of St. Louis.
